Having bought property around the world, I know one thing for certain: securing a competitive deal requires professional, experienced support. If you’re buying property for the first time, I’m here to help you understand your numbers and guide you through every stage with confidence.

My service includes:

• Our first appointment: In our first chat, we'll cover all the big things: your goals, finances and needs. As your Mortgage Broker in Macquarie Park, I'll take you through your numbers, what Government incentives are available and what lenders are offering. 

• Lender and product selection: I will then start working on getting you a great result! I use powerful Mortgage Choice comparison software to compare thousands of loans from over 35 lenders at once, and match you with a few that tick the box. I'll take you through what I recommend so you can make an informed decision.

• An easy journey: While finding the right property might be tough, I make sure the home loan journey isn't! Once you've made your decision, I put your documents together with a strategic application and submit to the lender. I then follow up with them and keep you updated.

• I don't charge to find the right loan: As a Mortgage Choice Broker, I don't charge to find you the right loan because the lender pays me when your loan is finalised. In some limited circumstances, I may charge a fee, which would be discussed with you before proceeding.
