Hi, I’m Renee. I have over 20 years experience in the finance industry. Starting my career as a bank teller for Commonwealth Bank progressing to Assistant Manager. In 2021, I joined the team at Mortgage Choice in Fortitude Valley as a Brokers Assistant, and went onto become a Broker in 2022.

I’ll provide you with all the information you need to help guide and nurture you through your home buying journey. I am committed to helping you achieve your dreams of home ownership and support you throughout the entire loan process, from first meeting through to settlement.

Hi, I’m Keely. I started with Mortgage Choice as a Broker Associate, completing my qualifications in September 2023. After learning the ropes and shadowing Caroline and Renee, I became an accredited Mortgage Broker in August 2024.

Being a fresh Broker and having gone through the process of purchasing my first family home, I’m keen to help first home buyers navigate their home buying journey. I take pride in being able to research and find the best solution to suit your individual needs.

I love working with clients to achieve their lifestyle goals and find it a highly rewarding experience. Personally, my lifestyle goals revolve around travelling and adventuring outdoors with her family. Fun Fact - I’m also a qualified pastry chef!

Completely new to Broking and hoping to break into the property market with her first home, Bianca is passionate about helping First Home Buyers navigate the process. Bianca aims to make applications and processing as simple and seamless as possible, providing guidance and support every step of the way.


Coming from a background in Account Management and Customer Service, Bianca knows exactly how to make sure you feel like family and not just a number, bringing her experience and customer-focused approach to the team at Mortgage Choice Fortitude Valley & Ashgrove.

Kristin brings with her 15 years experience in the property and finance industry, starting her career as a conveyancing paralegal before moving to property development and finance. Her focus has always been on providing support and guidance to her clients. 

Kristin is now part of our team at Mortgage Choice Fortitude Valley as a Loan Processing Manager, providing a point of contact throughout the loan application process from submission to settlement. Kristen is passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals.

Vicki has many years experience in the property and finance industry.  Starting her career as a settlement clerk, and moving to conveyancing paralegal and banking paralegal. Vicki has worked for various Banks and Finance Brokers.

Vicki is part of the Mortgage Choice in Fortitude Valley team as a Mortgage Broker Assistant, and will provide our clients ongoing support at every stage of the loan journey to make the process as seamless as possible.
