Conrad was great, very informative and helped us achieve the results we wanted. At times it felt like a slight lack of communication but looking back this was probably more related to the banks and the timing of the year been close to Christmas.

Conrad was great to work with, we felt that we could trust his judgement and opinion as he clearly explained all processes and information clearly and made us feel very comfortable. The service he provided was incredible, he would answer my questions and queries at a drop of a hat whether it be a late night email or getting straight on the phone to me. I couldn’t recommend Conrad more highly and will definitely being doing so.
Conrad made very easy to understand exactly what was expected of me or required for the loan and was able to provide me with information on the location that I looked at which assisted me in making a decision on what house to buy I definitely will be recommending him for anyone that I know who is looking at buying a house

Conrad is very calming, kind and thoughtful. He has patiently "held my hand" over the last few years that we have been saving for a home loan, crunching the numbers for us on many occasions.
