Mortgage Broker 

Chris has over 30 years’ experience in finance and lending, having worked as a lending manager for a major bank before starting his own mortgage broking franchise in 2003. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he will ensure your lending needs are matched with the right finance option from the many available on the market.

Most of Chris’s business comes from referrals and recommendations from happy clients, which speaks volumes about his integrity, honesty and dedication. 

“We have an amazing city in Bunbury, and I love being involved and getting to know other local people,” Chris says. 

“I am completely committed to providing an outstanding customer service; I can always be relied upon to provide accurate information and to do what I say I will do. 

“I’m available to discuss any queries you may have and will always go through all aspects of your loan with you to ensure you are making informed decisions.

“I treat my clients as I would like to be treated, simple as that. I go out of my way for my clients, to make sure everything goes smoothly, and to take the stress out of borrowing.”

Friendly and personable, Chris has also maintained excellent relationships with a large network of lenders. This helps in arranging fast turnaround times when necessary and gives him an advantage when negotiating competitive rates for his clients. “My network of professionals in allied services – including financial planners, insurance and settlement agents – can also be helpful in getting assistance at great prices,” he says. 

Chris can assist with all borrowing needs including home loans, investment loans, refinancing and vehicle and equipment finance. He is fully mobile across South Western WA.

Loans Administration 

Jodi Iannello is the quiet achiever working behind the scenes amidst the buzz of the busy Bunbury business.

With more than 10 years’ loan administration experience, Jodi has an in-depth understanding of the lending process and has developed a keen eye for detail.

Jodi supports Chris with loan administration and processing tasks so they can devote their attention to clients – answering their questions, attending meetings and supporting all of their lending needs.

Jodi says the team is proud of its service level to clients and is keen to help them bypass the labyrinthine lender call centre queues.

“I’m the one who keeps on top of phone and email inquiries so that clients receive responses as soon as possible,” Jodi says.

“Chris always returns phone calls and replies to emails as quickly as he can, and with my support we can make sure our service commitment is never compromised and that our clients’ needs are being met on time.”
