David Bongetti is an experienced mortgage broker who takes a pragmatic approach to business to help his clients achieve their goals.

‘As a finance broker, I love helping clients make educated and informed decisions about their loan structure,’ he says. ‘Whether they are purchasing their first home, upgrading, wanting to build a property portfolio, or simply pay down their mortgage sooner, helping clients navigate this complex system and find the right loan product is what it’s all about.’

With a focus on providing an unrivalled level of customer service, David takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients to help ensure that the entire borrowing experience, which can often be a stressful process, becomes seamless and rewarding.

‘I aim to deliver a really comprehensive service, and to facilitate that I have built strong relationships with a range of other local professionals, including real estate agents, financial planners, solicitors and more, so my clients can access a range of expertise covering all aspects of their property purchase.’

He understands that every clients’ circumstance and requirements are different, and has the industry experience and expertise to accommodate these. ‘For those property deals where speed is of the essence, for example, I have the resources to provide a fast turnaround.’

David is married to Jodie, and they are proud parents of a little girl who they love watching grow every day. ‘As a family man and a homeowner myself, I get personal satisfaction from helping other people achieve the dream of home ownership,’ he says. His interests outside of work include local sporting and community activities, and he says that as an ALF fan, a personal highlight was when he ‘finally realised the dream of watching the Bulldogs win the big one in 2016!’

David can assist with a range of finance options for home and investment property, construction and renovation, equipment and asset finance, as well as commercial and business loans. Based in Yarraville, he offers a mobile service across the surrounding suburbs and is available for appointments at clients’ preferred locations, during and after business hours, seven days a week.
