We first came across David while seeking a second opinion on our borrowing capacity, as our current broker advised us that we couldnt borrow more. After interviewing several brokers in Perth and Sydney, we found Davids customer service to be unparalleled. One broker offered us a good rate, but the repayment numbers didnt match up when we calculated the rate versus the borrowed sums. Our existing broker also told us we lacked the borrowing capacity. Most brokers we encountered seemed like factories, processing customers without truly caring for them. They were more interested in their commissions than in their clients needs. Additionally, many brokers only handle straightforward cases and are unwilling to put in the extra effort when things get a bit tricky. David, however, was different. He genuinely cares about his customers and aims to build long-lasting relationships. He took the time to listen to our future plans and integrated them into our current situation. David will go out of his way to help, even when things get tricky. As a result, we were able to purchase our new investment property and have room for future investments. Davids extensive experience in brokerage management and customer service made the process of purchasing our new investment property hassle-free. We can confidently say that he is the best broker in Perth we have had the pleasure to work with.
