Darren brings more than 30 years of financial services expertise to the Mortgage Choice Brisbane, Arundel and Broadbeach teams.

When he's not helping homebuyers and homeowners find suitable home loans, Darren loves sport, the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Jayden is one of our skilled Mortgage Brokers and Franchise Manager at Mortgage Choice Mermaid Beach & Broadbeach, as well as assisting with our Arundel, Rinaway Bay and Brisbane businesses.

After growing up in the town of Casino, NSW, Jayden then made the move to the Gold Coast in 2017 to work in sales. After a few years, Jayden decided that a career in finance was what he truly wanted to do, which led him to achieving a Commerce degree at Griffith University in 2020 and subsequently achieving his mortgage broking qualifications. In 2025, Jayden was named one of Australia's top 50 'Rising Star' Mortgage Brokers by MPA Magazine. 

Jayden has a positive and enthusiastic personality and is committed to making sure his clients receive the best possible support, ensuring the finance process is seamless and stress free.

When Jayden is not studying, he enjoys listening to music and spending time outside at the beach or playing sports.

Tracy is part of our Loan Processor team.  

With over 30 years of experience in finance across Australia, the UK and Europe, Tracy strives to provide a stress free home loan experience and goes that extra mile for her clients to achieve this.  

Tracy is mum to four daughters who keep her busy with their various interests from ballroom dancing to water polo and loves to walk her local Gold Coast beaches with her family.

Brock is one of our friendly Loan Processors.

Having completed a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting, Brock's early career includes working at an accounting firm, while also being a Dealer at a casino. This experience has given Brock insight into the highs and lows of finances, as well as what a smart financial approach can look like (and also what not to do!)

In his spare time Brock loves going to the gym to work out, and spending time with his girlfriend.

Anne is one of our Loan Processors.

With over 10 years of experience, Anne is focused on delivering first class service to our clients ensuring their experience is a positive and memorable one.  

In her spare time Anne loves exercising, gardening and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Tanya is our Administration Assistant and also manages the marketing at Mortgage Choice in Brisbane, Arundel and Pacific Fair, Broadbeach offices.

Tanya has over 20 years of experience in office administration, both in Australia and the UK.

During her spare time, Tanya will generally be out enjoying what the Gold Coast has to offer with her husband and their young sons.

Jess looks after much of the Marketing for our three businesses.  

Keeping a 'finger on the pulse' of the hot finance topics and making sure digital marketing is kicking goals for the business, are Jess' professional passions.  

On a personal level, Jess enjoys Yoga, walking along the beaches of Ballina and spending time with her husband, Grant and son, Jack.
