The First Home Buyer Process

1. Let's get started - We can't wait to meet you!

During our first meeting, we'll discuss your situation to get a good understanding of where you are and, using our broker software, we'll show how we input your information and how you qualify for a loan and what that means to you in terms of the maximum price you can pay for a property. We'll go through the steps in selecting a lender for you and submitting an application. We can do this in our Peregian Beach office at Suite 1, 212 David Low Way, Peregian Beach or online via a Google Meet or Zoom meeting.

We'll ask you to give us some information about yourself and upload some documents (stuff like payslips and bank statements etc) before our meeting so that we can get the most out of our time together.

At our meeting, we'll show you the loan amount you qualify for and explain the home buying and home loan approval process and which government first home buyer incentives you may be eligible for. You'll be free to ask any burning questions you might have. This meeting normally takes just under one hour.

2. Leave the groundwork to us

Our expert award winning team will assess hundreds of loan products from a broad range of lenders and present you with your options. We will explore first-home buyer incentives that you might be eligible for and apply these to your options.

3. We'll lodge the application!

Once you are happy with your options, we will do all of the paperwork and lodge your application with the chosen lender.
