James has had over 15 years experience in the mortgage broking and finance industry, and loves fitting clients together with the right home loan, rate and features. He knows what a big difference the right home loan can make.

Julia Blacker

In her years as a bank manager, Julia had seen many people getting into inflexible home loan products that didn't quite suit them. So, she decided to become a mortgage broker with access to hundreds of home loans, so that everyone had a chance to find the right one for them.

"We know there are lots of people out there who don't fit in with the big 4 banks and their products, and I love that with our panel of lenders and range of loans we are flexible enough to have almost everyone covered. Getting someone into the right home loan is the reason we started our Ellenbrook Mortgage Choice in the first place."
