Can you buy with a smaller deposit?

Buying your first home in Sydney can feel impossible, but yes, it is possible to buy with a deposit that's closer to 5%. There are plenty of incentives and schemes available, and you can also access Guarantor loans, which can help you stretch your budget significantly. As your Mortgage Choice Broker, my job is to stay across what’s available and help you access any support you’re entitled to.
