Karen is our Loan Processor settlement manager.  She stared with Jason in September 2022 and is instrumental in getting the loan from submission (by the broker) to settlement.  

She relentlessly follows up with lenders, keeping the file on track from the moment it is submitted, until it's ready for settlment and beyond. 

She also manages our construction loans which can stretch out over years, ensuring that the file remains on track for a smooth build.

Karen and her role are critical in support of Jason & Christine.
