Ive worked with John more than once now, to assist in refinancing of an investment property and to secure a new loan for myself and partner.
His knowledge of the whole process, breaking down the numbers and what each bank is offering to get the best deal is amazing. He will support you through the whole process and go out of his way to get things done.
John recently assisted us in the purchase of our home and he was fantastic. His knowledge and understanding is second to none and he worked tirelessly to help us through the process. If we could give a rating of more than 5 stars, we would.

John is very helpful, responsible and very easy to work with. John provides professional advice on loan options and knows very well on what products suit us most.
John is very patient, always willing to answer all sorts of questions, does not mind to go extra miles to get the job done.
John always updates us on the progress of loan application, even sends us updates during out of office hours.
John is also very attentive to details. He works closely with our conveyancer to make sure all the numbers (stamp duty/ loan amount) are correct.
We highly recommend John and would definitely recommend him to friends and families.

Might be an idea to put together a 'bullet point' style one page sheet showing clients what to expect in regards to the process they will go through to obtain their finance. That way they know where they are in the 'flowchart' of obtaining finance. Also could include requirements needed at each stage so that clients can make sure they're ready to fulfil Advisers' needs too.

Possiably having your own product would be good as the support from Smartline is 100% its just a small pitty that once the loan is settled the communication with smartline is minimal, and some times you are dealing with banks that do not provide the 100%
