Kyle was God sent for me and my husband Alvin. We were struggling and didn't know where to start for our first property and Kyle was so patient and amazing in explaining to us and going through the process with us. He went above and beyond to assist us for a smooth, easy and quick transaction given a very short time as we needed to vacate the rental property we were renting before. He was very transparent and honest to all the pros and cons and guided us in making choices and decisions. I highly recommend Kyle as he was very helpful and trustworthy. Thanks Kyle.

This feedback comes to you all of great importance to pay tribute to one of the most hardworking, dedicated, customer focused professional Mortgage broker by the name of Kyle Thompson Mortgagee Manager for Mortgage Choice. He was Truly an absolute breath of fresh air. So easy to deal with, so extremely Patient and willing to be on call no matter what time of the day or night. His dedication was well and truly above and beyond.
We Initially turned to commbank and NAB assuming like anyone else working with one of the top 4 is always the way to go. However we were wrong there. Myself and husband were looking for the best competitive variable interest rate and dealing with so many people just became a nightmare. I was on Facebook one day and came across Mortgage Choice. I sent through an enquiry and immediately after was contacted by Kyle. Kyle ran through all the particulars with me carrying out a Home Loan Health Check with me to ensure he would be tailoring the best option to go with based on on our wants and needs to best accommodate what we were after. The initial interaction kicked off like a house on fire with such warmth and courtesy like we had known eachother for a long time.
Kyle gathered all the info he needed and within 10 mins I received an email with what was required to kick off our owner occupier home loan application. We were looking for the best competitive variable interest rate with the option for cash out to assist with our major home renovations. Kyle did just that explored all the best possible options and came back to us in two days with a tick sheet. It was through, layed out in a perfect format entailing all our options. After Kyle received all our documents he took over and from here on there was absolutely nothing we were required to fill out or had to deal with besides a couple of signatures. A miracle sent from GOD , we said. We First and foremost were extremely impressed by his exceptional customer service that was exhibited throughout the whole process. Needless to say, refinancing is such a time-consuming, challenging and stressful journey. A few hiccups here and there but nothing Kyle could not come to rescue for. He definitely took away all our stress. Klyes honesty, approachable nature and dedication to meeting our expectations and standards which included his constant follow-up calls, emails, informing ourselves with the latest updates or extra documentation that was required was second to none. Kyle facilitated an easy and unexpectedly enjoyable experience.
Overall, we couldn't have been more happier with Kyles understanding, patience, perseverance and genuine interest in regards to what we valued as truly important to us. The biggest asset we own. Our Family Home. Myself and husband come from a background where customer service is paramount and ensuring that customers are at the heart of all decisions made. This is exactly what Kyle demonstrated from Start to finish going above and beyond a customer's
expectations to fulfil and satisfy their needs. Kyle was very patient every step of the way making it a very smooth experience. From a business perspective someone like Kyle Thompson should be recognised considerably for his tremendous professionalism and efforts. He is definitely an asset to Mortgage Choice and I will definitely be referring him to my family and friends. We have now refinanced with a great interest rate and got our cash out also.
