Jocelyn Bennett is an experienced and empathetic loan writer who is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals – however big or small they may be.

“When arranging a loan, I’m completely focused on understanding exactly what my clients’ needs are. I see each client for their individual situation and keep their best interests at the forefront in every step of the process,” she says.

Jocelyn is passionate about delivering great customer service. “I genuinely want to help people and love meeting new people,” she says. She prides herself on being available, responsive and thorough, and implements a range of organisational and time management processes to ensure a positive, stress-free borrowing experience for her clients. With a flair for problem-solving, she also has the ability to explain complex matters in a simple, easy to understand way.

Jocelyn holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and worked in the industry for over a decade before joining the Mortgage Choice team in March 2019. “I started working for Bankwest back in 2008 and am very grateful for the fantastic opportunities and experience gained throughout my career,” she says. “Since becoming a mortgage broker and completing my Diploma, I have further refined my skills and proficiency in finance and lending.”

Based in Cockburn Central, Jocelyn has lived and worked in Perth her whole life and has a good knowledge of the area. She is fully mobile and can visit clients anywhere around Perth Metro area and surrounds.

Melissa is passionate about helping her clients achieve their dreams of home ownership. With her strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to customer service, she will guide you through the home loan process. Starting her career in the industry in 2006, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and works hard to make the borrowing process stress-free and successful for her clients. She is always available to assist you with your finance enquiries, whether big or small. Proactive communication is key and Melissa likes to keep her clients well informed as their loan progresses through the various stages. Melissa has lived and worked in Perth her whole life and has a good knowledge of the area. She is fully mobile and can visit clients anywhere around Perth Metro area and surrounds.

Founder 

Paul Stammers is the foundation mortgage broker with the Mortgage Choice Cockburn Central team. Prior to joining the industry in 1988, Paul worked in finance with United Credit Union, where his exceptional financial performance earned him a place in United Credit Union’s Hall of Fame, which he still maintains.

Paul is personally dedicated to the community and has provided assistance to numerous local sporting clubs.

Bianca provides essential admin support to our team with document collection, submission and tracking of loan applications.
Organised, efficient and with a great eye for detail, Bianca offers exceptional customer service to our clients. She is always willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions clients may have to ensure they receive a smooth effortless journey whether it be buying their first home, refinancing or purchasing an investment property."
