Sarah coordinates the entire team at MCSCW. She keeps them  on track and focussed to ensure daily operations run as smoothly as possible. She is also likely to be the first person you'll speak to when you reach out to us. She'll book your appointment, reassure you about the next steps in the process and explain and assist you to upload all the supporting documents that your lender will require.

 What's your role?

It's my job to help you turn your goals and objectives into reality by working out your maximum borrowing capacity and building the right foundations with the best lenders, products and structures for now and the future.

Why do you do what you do?

I love helping people. I love working with property. And I love sharing knowledge. What a great way to wake up each day knowing I can do all three to impact someone's life for the better, make a difference to their futures and help them build their wealth.

What are you known around the office for?

 Talking way too loudly on the phone.

What's your role?

It's my job to speak to you to find out exactly what you want to do and then find solutions to help you achieve your goals both in the short term and the long term.

Why do you do what you do?

I love working with people and learning about their lives. Writing loans can be difficult - especially in today's environment - but I find that challenge interesting. I enjoy grappling with lender policies and exhausting every avenue to find the right solution. It's very satisfying when all that hard work positively impacts the lives of people and their families. It's very rewarding.

What's your role?

It's my job to work on the business, the systems and processes to ensure that we can offer the best customer experience possible to all our clients. We're not always going to get that right - especially working with multiple lenders who always have their own challenges - so it's also my job to problem solve and support Team MCSCW and the dedicated individuals on it to thrive.

Why do you do what you do?

I believe that being wealthy isn't just for the rich and that wealth is relative. I'm proud to own and work in a business that educates and assists ordinary Australians to own and keep assets that provide security for their families. It's really rewarding to have built a business that affords the privilege of being part of the life journeys of our clients and their families, especially when their kids become clients in their own right. Being part of a family's fabric is amazing.

What's your role? 

As Operations Coordinator, it's my job to provide administrative support to our team of brokers and develop strategic initiatives to support our business goals. I'm responsible for developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining a high level of quality and customer service. 

Why do you do what you do?

I really enjoy helping people and making things run smoothly in my job. Being organized is my thing, and it helps me stay on top of things. I get a lot of satisfaction from knowing that I'm making a positive impact in my workplace, and I'm always looking for ways to improve things even more.

 

What are you know around the office for? 

In the office, I'm known for telling stories. I love making people laugh with my tales.

What's your role?

I wear two hats on the team. I am a qualified broker so am happy to see you and ascertain your needs to meet your goals and objectives. I'm also a Credit Analyst so I do the lender research, package your application and submit it to your lender.  

 
Why do you do what you do?

I find my career a fulfilling & rewarding one as I'm helping our clients achieve the dream of owning their own home or building their investment portfolio.

 I am Captain Compliance. No i is too small to be dotted; no t too tiny to be crossed.

Trudy Elsdon

What's your role?

I'm a Credit Analyst so it's my job to complete the research for you and your broker. Once you've made your decision I check your supporting documentation and package it up for submission. I then submit your application through the appropriate lender channels on your behalf. 

Why do you do what you do?

I followed my mum's footsteps to work in the banking industry. I always loved maths at school so working in broking gives me the opportunity to use it while helping people at the same time.

What are you known around the office for?

I'm the Kiwi in the mix...there has to be one.

 

Jenny Yu

Jenny Yu

 

What's your role?

I’m a credit analyst so it’s my job to do research for your loan application, package your loan for submission, submit your application to the lender, and follow it up until we get the approval.

I also help in training the newly onboarded team members and assist them with their queries.

I also do construction progress payments

Why do you do what you do?

I love to learn new things and I love working with my Australian colleagues and clients. Being able to continuously learn and expand my knowledge of the Australian Financial Services industry is really great.

What are you known around the office for?

I'm known for having the most exciting weekend plans.

What's your role?

As a Settlement officer, I work with your lender, solicitor and real estate agent to get you into your new home.

I ensure your mortgage documents are signed, the funds are in your account ready to go and everyone has what they need for your loan to settle on time.

Why do you do what you do?

I like doing things that show results, and being a settlement officer gives me satisfaction, knowing that after I have assisted our partners, there’s a client achieving and getting their dream home or investments.

What are you known around the office for?

I might be known as someone who is quiet but always works hard with a smile.

What's your role?

As well as managing Peter's day and communications, I touch base with everyone a month after your loan has settled to ensure that everything is in order with your repayments I head up our Client Care Team, conducting annual loan reviews and assisting with rate changes, loan switches, or any questions you may have. 

 

Why do you do what you do?

I have worked for Peter for the last 14 years and love the team we have here. I love helping our clients achieve their dreams - purchasing a home, investment property or simply helping them to ensure they have the right loan for their needs.

What are you known around the office for?

I am quite a clean freak so I am always making sure our workspace is clean and tidy.

What's your role?

I'm part of the Client Care team. It's my job to do your complimentary annual review, checking that you're still on the best rate possible. I ensure all your documentation is saved and held securely to protect your privacy.  I also order valuations and constantly chase lenders to ensure your application is front of mind and progressing through their assessment queues as quickly as possible.

Why do you do what you do?
 I love building relationships with people and learning new things from my colleagues, lenders and our clients.
