While historically you may have heard that you need a 20% deposit to buy a home, that's just not the case anymore. There are plenty of other ways you can purchase with a smaller deposit, especially as a first home buyer.

You could use a guarantor, pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance, buy with a friend or partner or utilise one of the first home buyer incentives available (very handy!). As your local Mortgage Broker, I'm here to guide you through the options and help you get into your first home sooner.
