Michelle specialises in assisting her clients with financing for their owner-occupied and investment properties. As an avid property investor and homeowner, she understands the complexity of a property loan.

" I'm here to do all the loan research and loan application work for my clients,” she says. “ Buying real estate is exciting – it is a real buzz, and I love seeing people achieve their property dreams.

“When working with my clients, I make sure I have a clear understanding of their short and long-term goals so that, together, a solid plan to achieve these goals can be established.

Michelle believes that a good mortgage broker’s role is to help clients to find the right loan product for their ongoing needs. She has a combined 30 years’ experience in financial markets, banking and property investment and is passionate about helping people achieve their property ownership goals.

• I have recently taken up Mah-Jong as a hobby. I can spend hours and hours playing it with friends.
• My book club has been going for 18 years - that's 216 books read, and 750 bottles of champagne drunk.
• My cats are Danny and Ryder. My dog's name is Bailey - he loves to come to work each day.

Having built his own valuable property portfolio, Jeff understands the needs of his clients, providing honest and open advice and regular communication. This first-hand experience, coupled with over 35 years of working in the financial services industry, means he is able to quickly understand his clients' needs.

Jeff is very solutions-focused and works hard to ensure his clients are satisfied. He is committed to educating his clients on all the loan options available, so they can make informed decisions. Jeff believes making sure you have a loan structure that is right for you is very important.

Jeff is keen to support all clients right across the lending spectrum. From first home buyers to homeowners looking to upgrade, and those looking to review their personal circumstances and secure a better deal, right through to seasoned property investors.

• I love all types of sport and would like to spend more time working on my golf handicap. 
• I grew up in the famous Hunter Valley and love wine
• In 2010 I spent 5 months traveling Australia with my wife and children

Michaela is our loan submission to settlement Client Service Manager wizz.  

Affectionately known as Mickey, you will be impressed with her expert knowledge and ability to smoothly steer your loan through the lenders' assessment process and out the other side with a successful result.

Mickey works remotely from our main office but is still located in Sydney. She says the happiest time of the year is Christmas, and her favourite film is "The Grinch."

Tanya is our post-settlement Administration Assistant. This title does not do justice to how dedicated Tanya is to ensuring your loan is well managed into the future.

Tanya is an expert at asking banks to lower the rates on our clients' loans. This alone has saved our clients $$$$ on their loans.

Tanya is an avid bushwalker and loves her collection of speedy cars and vintage cars. Next year, Tanya has an African adventure planned. We all wish we could go on that holiday :)
