Nathan went above and beyond and was even contactable on weekends when I started putting in offers which I was extremely thankful for. Their support, knowledge and efficiency allowed me to attain a house with a 30 day settlement which was key in being the successful bidder and gave me an increased advantage in such a competitive market. Nathan has been nothing but exceptional, there were a number of challenges with the Mortgagee, however Nathan guided us through.
I came to Nathan during a nasty separation, in the hope to keep my children's family home. This was a lengthy process, but Nathan stuck by me, provided every document I needed for a resolution to my separation, then bent over backwards to get me the finance I needed.
