Raymond is the founder of Mortgage Choice Pyrmont, Randwick & Maroubra. Coming from a fund accounting background, Raymond entered the mortgage industry in 2003. Since then, he has organised more than $1 billion in home loans and won numerous industry awards. Raymond has a Master of Finance from the UNSW, and is a registered CPA. He is a registered mentor to new brokers, and a Justice of the Peace.

To maintain service standards, Raymond only works with existing clients and client referrals.

Senior Loan Consultant

Erica, our senior loan consultant, has been an integral part of our team since 2012, specializing in serving our Asian clients. With her expertise, she has assisted numerous clients in selecting the most suitable home loan packages tailored to their needs. Erica's remarkable success is evidenced by consistently securing approvals for more home loans than the average mortgage consultant, boasting a ratio of 3:1, a testament to her dedication to delivering value to clients. Throughout the loan process, Erica adeptly addresses client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Erica has a Master of Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Newcastle. She is also a licensed real estate agent, with years of experience in property sales and management

Loan Consultant

Victor joined the office in 2023 from the banking industry. With a love for property and finance, Victor strives to deliver the best solutions for his clients and help them achieve their dreams and goals through home ownership. Whether you are a first home buyer, property investor, or looking to refinance, Victor is here to help.

Victor has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney.

Loan Administration Assistant

Cassandra, in her capacity as a Loan Administration Assistant, functions at the critical juncture of efficiency and precision in the lending process. With a sharp focus on detail and an unwavering commitment to operational efficiency, Cassandra guarantees the flawless orchestration of all facets of loan administration.

Her duties include meticulously organizing and managing loan documentation, serving as a liaison between clients and lenders, and facilitating the acquisition of property reports and upfront valuations. Motivated by a dedication to accuracy and propelled by a genuine desire to support borrowers throughout their financial journey, Cassandra plays an indispensable role in ensuring the seamless progression of loans from inception to fruition.

Accounts Administration

Hailey is an accounting administrator. She is always keen to learn and gain experience. While working for us, she is also a full-time student at the University of Sydney, studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws double degree. Some examples of roles Hailey has had in the past include an internship at a Hong Kong accounting firm, and Publications Director of the Accounting Society at the University of Sydney.

She is fluent in English and Cantonese and can communicate in Mandarin. 

Marketing Manager 

Hua Yang is the Marketing Manager at Mortgage Choice, bringing extensive experience in financial services marketing. With a deep understanding of market trends and client needs, Hua is committed to developing innovative strategies that drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement.

She excels in crafting impactful marketing campaigns and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Hua's expertise ensures that Mortgage Choice remains at the forefront of the industry, consistently delivering exceptional value to its customers.
