Terry Azzopardi is a passionate and dedicated mortgage broker who after a 22 year finance career at a major bank, became a mortgage broker in 2009.  With both a personal and commercial lending background, his mission is to help you find the right lending solution that aligns with your financial goals and lifestyle, and providing consistent and open communication through the whole loan process. Whether you're purchasing a property, refinancing or looking for a business, vehicle or equipment finance solution he aims to provide personalized, expert advice to make the process as seamless as possible. 

Terry prides himself on his transparency, honesty, trustworthiness, communication and time management. He works hard to uphold these qualities as he believes these are important to the process of acquiring a loan. Navigating the lending process can be daunting and overwhelming and Terry aims to guide you through every step of the process, to make it as simple and straightforward as possible.

While Terry is an experienced mortgage broker, he is also heavily involved within his local community as President of the Caroline Springs Football & Netball Clubs. You're guaranteed to see his face around the place and loves the community atmosphere, getting to talk to new and old members and watching players develop over time. He also loves getting to know the local businesses and their owners throughout his lunchtime strolls.

Alisha's mission is to help clients like you navigate the often complex and confusing world of home loans, and empower you to feel confident in every decision you make through the loan process. She prioritises clear and open communication, as well as individuality, making sure to get to know her clients. Alisha is full of energy and spends her spare time, playing and volunteering for some of the local Caroline Springs sporting clubs. This includes cricket in the summer and footy with the Caroline Springs Lakers in the winter, while also volunteering for the local basketball team. She also loves to get out on a golf course and play when the weather's kind.
