Tim has spent many years in senior operations and commercial roles worldwide, including time abroad as an expat. After purchasing his first investment property 15 years ago, he recognized a significant gap in property finance information for buyers and investors. Now, as a Mortgage Broker, he is passionate about empowering his clients with the knowledge they need to make confident, informed decisions.

"I love working with people, and guiding them through the property finance process felt like the perfect next step in my career. My goal is to help clients make smart, strategic decisions about their loans—turning what once seemed impossible into achievable milestones."

Theo knew pretty soon after finishing his Bachelor of Legal Dispute Studies that it wasn't going to be a long-term career: he wanted to be working directly with customers. After several years of managing a customer service team, he chased a new career that was both process-driven and customer focused - Mortgage Broking.

That was 13 years ago, and Theo says it was the best move he could have made.

"Mortgage Broking seemed like a whole new world for me at the time, but I knew how many people were making huge decisions about their home loans with little to no support. Someone said to me when I started that it felt like going on a road trip without a map. Thousands of loan options and no idea where to start! I knew I could make a real difference to people's lives."

Tamara has many years of customer service management experience with some of the big names in finance, including Citibank and Suncorp. She's passionate about our clients and taking the pressure off so they can enjoy achieving their next property goal. Tamara knows the ins and outs of managing the loan process so everything runs smoothly.

"Buying a property, whether it's a first home or an investment is a big financial decision for any client. That's why I love being available to support buyers every step of the way! I work hard to make sure our clients always know where their loan is at and don't have to chase us for an update. It makes an otherwise difficult process a lot easier. I truly love seeing my clients achieve their financial goals with peace of mind that they have the right loan."

Client Services Manager

Marg has come to finance from a pharmaceutical management background, but she's just one of those people who can do anything! Her role in our team is to liaise with the lenders on behalf of our clients to make sure they are still receiving the best possible deal. She has negotiated some fantastic rate reductions and cashbacks for our clients. You're going to love having Marg looking after your loan in the long run!
