What incentives are available for first home buyers?

• Home Guarantee Scheme (HGS) allows first home buyers to buy with a 5% deposit and avoid Lenders Mortgage Insurance. 
• The First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) gives eligible first home buyers a $15,000 to $30,000 cash payment towards buying or building a brand new home.
• Transfer (stamp duty) concessions could help you avoid stamp duty altogether, depending on the property you buy.
