I don't charge to find you the right loan or manage the process from start to finish. Instead, the lender you choose pays me when your loan settles with them. In some limited circumstances, I may charge a fee, which would be discussed with you before proceeding.

The local property market in Redlands

The Redlands region continues to show impressive growth, with house prices and rental yields on the rise across several key suburbs.

  • Mount Cotton has recorded an annual increase of 11% in median house prices, now sitting at $988,000. Homes are selling quickly, too, with a median of just 28 days on market.
  • Capalaba also saw an 11% jump in house prices over the past year, reaching a median of $920,000. Units have kept pace, growing 12% to a median price of $607,500.
  • Thornlands experienced standout growth of 14.4% over the past year, contributing to a massive 77.5% rise since June 2020. The median house price now sits at $1,030,000.
  • Sheldon continues to perform strongly, with the median house price now at $1,690,000 - a 4.2% annual increase and an impressive 89% jump since June 2020.
